Company Structure and Licensing

We are a family owned Queensland incorporated Company called “R.C.A. Group Pty Ltd” which trades as BDS Inspections

The Company has a BSA Licence- Number 723384- which includes

1. Builder-Open -allowing building work on all classes of Houses and Buildings
2. Completed Residential Building Inspection- which allows the Inspection or investigation of completed class1a and class 10 residential buildings, and to provide advice or a report about a building in accordance with the Australian Standard 4349.1 “Inspection of Buildings-Property Inspections-Residential Buildings”
3. Termite Management- Chemical which enables the Company to do the following

1. Carry out pre-slab and perimeter chemical treatment of new building work for termite management.
2. Inspect or investigate a completed building, and give advice or a report, about the following-
   1. termite management systems for the building;
   2. termite infestation in the building.

3. Certify whether the termite management system for new building work has been carried out in compliance with the Building Code of Australia
4. To carry out all forms of Pest and Termite Treatments
