We have public liability & professional indemnity insurance with $1M cover for any one professional indemnity claim, subject to our insurer's policy requirements.
Our Insurance Policy is with Pacific International -Policy No AUS-10-6139

Quick info guide

• We arrange a suitable time for the inspection/s with all parties including you.
• Inspections are usually performed within 2 to 4 working days of you booking in. 
• Our findings can be kept confidential if you instruct us to do so.
• You are welcome at the inspection/s.
• For the extent of our inspections please click on Services above.
• Under normal circumstances reports are emailed to you on the same day or evening as the inspection/s providing payment requirements have been met.
• Subject to operational failure, digital photos of any major building defects, are emailed along with the building reports.
• We are licensed for both building & pest inspections.
• Our inspections & reports comply with the Australian Standards as is required.
• Our pest inspectors use all types of equipment to detect termite activity including a thermal imaging camera in all inspections.
