What we inspect depends on the type of inspection that you have requested.
Thorough inspections are carried out and detailed reports are provided on the condition of all Building or Building & Pest related issues relating to the whole of the structure or structures on the Property or as requested.
Our Pre-Purchase Inspections generally comply with the Australian Standards as required.

Our Inspections are all subject to the standard conditions of our Inspection Agreements. 
Note that the agreement attached to this site at any time is for a guide only and may be superceded by a later version. The applicable agreement is the one that we email to you to sign after you accept our offer of service.
